Craft3 Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains our policies regarding information you provide and we collect and how we may use or disclose that information. We value your privacy and provide this Privacy Policy to help you make informed decisions about your use of Craft3’s website located at www.craft3.org (the “Website”), and any resources, features, functionality, or services made available now or hereafter through the Website (the “Service”), including without limitation, the submission and processing of loan applications and providing and/or accessing account-related information. By using this Website or the Service, you consent to and authorize Craft3 to use your personal and/or company or organization information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to our use of your information consistent with this Privacy Policy, you should not access or use (or continue to access or use) the Website or any Service.

The security of the information we collect and that you provide, including your personally identifiable information, is important to us, and so we take commercially reasonable steps to maintain the security of that information. In general, we may share non-personal information with third parties without restriction, including aggregate information about visitors to the Website and information that does not identify any individual. Please be aware that we may be required by applicable law, subpoena, court order or other legal process (including rendering assistance to government enforcement agencies) to disclose, retain for some period, or, under limited circumstances, treat the personally identifiable information and/or company or organization information that you submit to us in a manner that is different from or supplements that described above. It is our policy to comply with any such requirements or good-faith belief that such requirement exists, and you agree we shall have no liability for any such disclosure, retention, or treatment.

If Craft3 does make a loan, it may reserve the right to sell that loan to another financial institution or organization. Under such circumstances, if your loan is to be sold, we also reserve the right to disclose and/or transfer your personally identifiable and company information on a confidential basis to a third party in connection with such sale.

As you use the Website, Craft3 may use automatic data collection technologies to enhance your experience on the Website and to collect non-personal information about you and your online activities over time and across third party websites, devices or other online services. One such technology involves our use of “cookies.” A cookie assigns a unique identification to your browser and is typically stored on your device. It allows us to collect information about your use of the Website and anonymous, aggregate information about use by you and others. Our practice is to maintain working papers and other sensitive documents that may contain personally identifiable information or non-public information about your organization in secure files or to shred such materials. Nevertheless, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is perfect or 100% secure. Furthermore, we cannot control the actions of persons with whom you share your information or to whom you make your information publicly available or third party violations or efforts to circumvent any privacy settings or security measures on the Website. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant the absolute security of the information you provide to us.

Craft3 reserves the right to change, add, or delete any portions of this Privacy Policy from time to time without liability or prior notice to you. Your continued use of the Website or Service constitutes your acceptance of and agreement with any and all such changes.
